Laminations

ETI manufactures custom designed laminations to any specification and are able to replicate any Westinghouse lamination up to 41" diameter.  We use high-grade silicon-coated electrical steel in our stator and rotor construction to ensure a high-efficiency product with low losses.  Using our manufacturing design programs, ETI can replace, repair or re-bar your existing damaged rotors with a new copper bar rotor.

• Blanking, slotting and separating
• Burr rolling if required
• Stacking and shrinking on a shaft
• Building complete rotors with copper bars (including barring, brazing and balancing)

• High-grade, silicon non oriented electrical steel (M22),
• Thickness of .0185"
• Molecularly bonded C5 coating (good for up to 750° F) to resist chipping and peeling
